Qualifications

• College degree or 3 years’ experience in business, customer service or account management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day needs of a portfolio of multi-million dollars accounts, including the processing of purchase order requisitions.
• Track orders and follow through for customer.
• Interact with sales managers, and distribution facilities regarding supply requirements.
• Lead and Manage customer feedback and coordinate resolutions internally.
