Qualifications

• Independent worker who collaborates cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for visits and trade shows.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, industrial, or technical sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing manufacturing customers.
• Identify new applications and programs aligned with Colonial's capabilities.
• Engage with customer buyers and sourcing teams to support quotations.
• Manage opportunities, quotes, and program pipelines.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing on product launches.
