Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Required).
Ten or more years of B2B account management or sales experience (Required).
Five+ years managing multi-location national accounts in restaurant, grocery, retail, or facilities services.

Responsibilities

Own the relationship and overall success of defined large national accounts.
Build and execute written account plans with decision-makers and influencers.
Maintain trusted relationships with procurement, facilities, operations, and finance leaders.
Travel regularly to account locations and customer sites.
Run regular business reviews and address issues promptly.
Track service delivery against contract terms and hold teams accountable.
Own the overall financial health of each account and flag renewal risks early.
Protect accounts at renewal and capture organic growth opportunities.
Coordinate new location onboarding and service rollouts across functions.
Keep CRM records current and report status to leadership.
