Job summary

Liquid Env Solutions of Texas is seeking an Account Maintenance Supervisor to lead the account setup, maintenance, and master data governance across the organization.

In this role, you will supervise the Account Maintenance team, ensure data accuracy, collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, IT, and Finance, and drive process improvements while maintaining data integrity and timely customer onboarding and billing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account maintenance, onboarding, customer master data, billing operations, or related administrative functions.
• Previous leadership, team lead, mentoring, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience supporting cross-functional business operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, training, and performance oversight for Account Maintenance personnel.
• Assign and prioritize daily workload to ensure timely completion of account setup and account maintenance requests.
• Monitor department productivity, quality, accuracy, and service levels.
• Develop and maintain training materials, procedures, and process documentation.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for account setup and maintenance issues.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members as staffing needs arise.
• Drive accountability for departmental standards, data quality, and process compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on system enhancements, testing, and process improvements.
• Support Revenue Operations initiatives related to customer onboarding, billing accuracy, and operational efficiency.
