Job summary

Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a National Access Director to lead market access preparations for Tab‑Cel (tabelecleucel) launch in the US.

You will drive payer education, pre/post‑approval information exchange, and reimbursement readiness across national and regional payers and treatment centers. Responsibilities include shaping access strategy, engaging with Medicare/VA segments, and coordinating with Field Medical, Cell Therapy Account Directors, and other stakeholders to ensure

Qualifications

• Strong, pre-existing working experience with national and regional payers that manage medical and pharmacy benefit policy.
• Deep knowledge of inpatient and outpatient reimbursement dynamics and hospital access economics.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharma with at least two years in coverage and reimbursement of complex advanced therapies (cell/gene therapy).

Responsibilities

• Operate in compliance with all laws, regulations and Pierre Fabre policies.
• Educate payer segments and treatment-center stakeholders on value proposition of Tab-Cel to enable urgent access.
• Monitor payer trends, policy changes, and implications for market access strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align site onboarding, pre- and post-approval information exchange, and reimbursement readiness.
