Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a National Access Director (West) to drive market access readiness for Tab-Cel in the US.

This remote, full-time role collaborates with Field Medical and payer networks to enable pre- and post-approval access, coverage decisions, and expedited case arrangements across Commercial, Medicare, and VA sectors. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare degrees or credentials desirable.
• 10+ years of biotech/pharma experience with at least two years in coverage and reimbursement dynamics for complex advanced therapies.
• Strong presentation skills and executive presence.
• Deep knowledge of inpatient and outpatient reimbursement methodologies and hospital access economics.
• Experience with national and regional payers that manage medical and pharmacy benefit policy.
• Experience with cell/gene therapy networks and related payer relations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and support site-of-care account planning.
• Experience with pharmacy/therapeutics committees and high-impact drug review processes.

Responsibilities

• Educate payer customers and treatment centers on value proposition to enable urgent access post-approval.
• Monitor payer policy changes and advise on impact for access strategies.
• Support pre- and post-approval reimbursement pathways with national and regional payers (Commercial, Medicare, VA).
• Prepare sites of care for reimbursement readiness and assist with prior authorizations and single-case agreements.
• Coordinate with payer relations teams to resolve coverage and reimbursement issues at sites of care.
• Educate providers and payers on coding, reimbursement processes, and access pathways for Tab-Cel.
• Liaise with external distributors to ensure a best-in-class experience for sites of care.
• Lead preparation of treatment centers for expedited coverage decisions and post-approval access.
