Job summary

Pierre Fabre is seeking a National Access Director (East) to lead payer engagement and access planning for Tab-Cel post-approval in the US. You will coordinate pre- and post-approval information exchange with national and regional payers, guidance to treatment centers, and strategic alignment with cross-functional teams to secure timely reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare degrees desirable.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharma with coverage and reimbursement experience.
• Deep knowledge of inpatient/outpatient reimbursement dynamics.
• Experience with national and regional payers and cell therapy networks preferred.
• Strong communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Educate payers and treatment centers on value proposition and reimbursement.
• Support pre- and post-approval access strategies with national and regional payers.
• Partner with payer relations teams to resolve coverage issues.
• Prepare sites for prior authorizations and single-case agreements.
• Collaborate with field teams and cross-functional partners to drive market access.
