Job summary

Pierre Fabre is seeking a National Access Director - West for the US, remote with up to 30% travel. The role leads pre/post-approval access strategies for Tab-Cel, engaging payers, sites of care, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely coverage and reimbursement.

Required: 10+ years in biotech/pharma with cell therapy exposure, strong payer/market access knowledge, and a Bachelor’s degree. A dynamic, collaborative leader with executive presence is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare degrees desirable.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharma with 2+ years in coverage and reimbursement.
• Deep knowledge of inpatient/outpatient reimbursement and hospital access economics.
• Experience with cell therapy networks and payer relations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate urgent access to Tab-cel by educating payer segments and treatment centers’ financial stakeholders.
• Support US Value and Access Team by monitoring policy changes and implications.
• Educate payers on unmet need and provide resources to ensure coverage pre- and post-approval.
• Identify payer stakeholders and partner with payer colleagues to expedite review of cases.
• Prepare treatment centers to be reimbursement-ready before and after anticipated approval.
• Liaise with external specialty distributor counterparts to ensure best-in-class sites of care.
• Proactively communicate payer coverage criteria to internal field teams and external stakeholders.
• Resolve coverage and reimbursement issues with payer relations teams and sites of care.
