Job summary

Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals is seeking a National Access Director to lead payer engagement and access strategies for Tab-Cel in the US. The role focuses on pre- and post-approval information exchange, coverage facilitation, and collaboration with treatment centers to ensure timely access and appropriate reimbursement pathways.

Remote US-based position with travel up to 30% nationwide. Competitive compensation and a bonus program eligibility are offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in biotech/pharma with at least two years in coverage and reimbursement dynamics of advanced therapies.
• Strong presentation skills and executive presence in senior settings.
• Deep knowledge of inpatient and outpatient reimbursement and hospital access economics.
• Experience with cell/gene therapy networks and payer relations.

Responsibilities

• Educate payers on product value and reimbursement pathways across markets and sites of care.
• Collaborate with national and regional payers to support coverage decisions and access strategies.
• Lead pre- and post-approval information sharing with payers and treatment centers.
• Support site onboarding, account planning, and market access initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align policy, coding, and financing details.
• Represent payer perspectives in medical and strategic discussions with stakeholders.
