Job summary

Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals is preparing to launch Tab-cel in the US and is seeking a National Access Director to lead payer engagement and facilitate pre- and post-approval access. You will work closely with field medical directors and account teams to support onboarding and readiness at sites of care.

In this role you will educate national and regional payers on value, manage access strategy, and ensure timely prior authorizations and coverage decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare degrees desirable.
• 10+ years biotech/pharma experience with at least two years in coverage and reimbursement of complex therapies (e.g. cell therapy, gene therapy).
• Deep knowledge of inpatient and outpatient reimbursement methodology and hospital access economics.
• Strong presentation skills and executive presence.
• Experience with cell, gene, stem cell therapy networks and payer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Educate payer segments on value proposition of Tab-Cel and support pre-approval information exchange.
• Support national and regional payers coverage assessments and engage Medicare/VA segments.
• Monitor policy changes and implications; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare sites of care for reimbursement readiness and post-approval access.
