Caesarstone US is seeking a National Manager, A&D & Commercial Sales to drive specification activity, revenue growth, and market share across Architectural & Design and Commercial channels. This leadership role oversees a team of A&D and Commercial Sales Representatives and collaborates with National Accounts to pursue national opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of successful sales experience within commercial building products, surfacing materials, architectural products, stone, tile, flooring, cabinetry, or related industries.
• Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience managing field-based sales representatives.
• Proven success in A&D, specification, or project-driven sales environments.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction, specification selling, project management, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase specification activity, commercial project opportunities, and revenue growth.
• Lead forecasting, pipeline reviews, and sales planning activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers, builders, general contractors, and ownership groups.
• Drive specification adoption and project opportunities for Caesarstone's surfacing products.
• Collaborate with National Accounts to identify and maximize national opportunities.
• Travel 50–70% nationwide to support account development.
