Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3–5 years sales experience in the building industry, with focus on regional custom home builders, multifamily and commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and builder segment needs.
• Proven ability to build and maintain builder partner relationships.
• Ability to travel regionally up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with builders, developers and general contractors within the assigned geography.
• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies and programs to grow market share and revenue.
• Oversee and manage a portfolio of builder accounts with high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities to refine sales strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand the company’s footprint in the territory.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and operations to meet customer needs.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and track progress against targets.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to guide builders and partners.
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on performance and market conditions.
• Offer training and product demonstrations to builder partners and contractors.
