Job summary

Caesarstone Ltd. - Corporate seeks a Commercial & Builder/A&D Sales Manager to drive growth with regional and custom home builders, developers and general contractors.

You will cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, and design firms and act as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep product knowledge to meet project needs. The role includes developing sales strategies, managing builder accounts, and traveling up to 75% to support regional programs and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field; industry experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the building industry with focus on regional/custom home builders, multifamily and commercial projects.
• Strong sales acumen, relationship management and strategic thinking for builder segments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to grow market share with builders, developers and GC segments.
• Cultivate relationships with National, regional and custom builders, developers and general contractors.
• Oversee builder accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through regular communication and support.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities within the geography.
• Travel regionally up to 75% to engage partners and support sales initiatives.
