CaesarStone, Ltd. is seeking an A&D Sales Manager focused on the Connecticut/Rhode Island region to cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, and design firms, and to drive builder and commercial project strategies.

The role requires a dynamic sales professional with deep industry knowledge and a proven ability to drive revenue. You will manage builder accounts, develop targeted programs, monitor market trends, and collaborate with product development, marketing and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the building industry focusing on regional custom home builders, multifamily and commercial projects.
• Strong sales acumen and understanding of builder segment needs.
• Willing to travel regionally up to 75% to engage partners and support initiatives.
• Stone Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with architects, designers, and builders within the CT/RI region.
• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to grow market share and revenue.
• Oversee and manage a portfolio of builder accounts with high satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales plans.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with builder partners and developers.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and operations to meet customer needs.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets.
• Provide training and product demonstrations to builder partners and designers.
• Travel regionally up to 75% to meet partners and support sales initiatives.
