Reclectic is opening a new Nashville location and seeks a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead fixtures, product placement, and displays while supporting daily operations. The role focuses on delivering an inspiring customer experience and strong store performance.

You will guide the visual strategy, coordinate with teams, and develop staff to maintain exceptional presentation and profitability. This position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills with a history of delivering financial results.
• Experience with floor planning.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assesses business and product sell-through to identify store successes and opportunities; leads an empowered team to make strategic, creative, business-impacting decisions.
• Oversees and collaborates with key partners to manage visual direction; prioritizes shipment and optimizes product flow to impact sell-through, sales, and customer experience.
• Interprets Home Office direction to impact store’s structure, presentation, and productivity to drive store sales; initiates conversations with Home Office leadership to improve presentation and experience.
• Takes a forward-thinking approach to make a strategic plan for execution and recovery of sell-through and markdowns.
• Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support profitability.
