You will serve as a key contact for candidates, hiring managers, and HR, coordinating job postings, sourcing, screens, interviews, references, and onboarding while maintaining timely, compliant processes.

The role requires 2+ years of recruiting or related experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with ATS/HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, HR, staffing, or related administrative experience.
• Experience using an ATS/HRIS system.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in nonprofit or healthcare recruiting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process approved job postings and hiring forms; ensure approvals before recruitment begins.
• Create and manage job postings on career sites and boards; refresh and close postings.
• Source candidates via job boards, networks, schools, and outreach.
• Review applications and resumes against qualifications; conduct initial phone screens.
• Coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person interviews; provide feedback and instructions.
• Reference checks and pre-employment screenings; manage background and credential checks.
• Prepare and track offers; onboard accepted candidates.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS/HRIS with confidentiality and retention rules.
• Coordinate recruitment events and material, plus outreach to colleges and community organizations.
• Support recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts.
