Job summary

Offchain is seeking a highly organized Business Operations Manager to drive operational excellence in our Nashville office. This role requires in-office attendance five days per week and sits at the intersection of operations, project management, and execution.

You will own day-to-day operations, coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines and deliverables, and partner with People, IT, Finance, and Operations to support needs in a fast-growing technology environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in business operations, project management, office management, procurement or a related field.
• Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional projects to completion.
• Strong organizational skills and an exceptional attention to detail—you naturally create structure, establish priorities, and keep things moving.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a bias toward practical solutions and execution.
• Must be based in Nashville and able to work from the Nashville office five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ad hoc operational priorities and projects as they arise.
• Manage office vendors, facilities needs, shipping and receiving, supplies, technical equipment, and other operational requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Nashville office operations and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Partner with internal teams including People, IT, Finance, and Operations to support employee and business needs.
• Manage inventory, and the shipping and receiving of workstations, devices, and technical hardware.
• Ensure projects are completed with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and urgency.
