Job summary

Offchain Labs, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Business Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Nashville office. This in-person role focuses on vendor management, facilities, inventory, and coordinating with People, IT, Finance, and Operations.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years in operations, strong communication with senior leaders, and the ability to drive cross-functional projects in a fast-paced technology environment. PMP is a plus; able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in business operations or related field
• PM skills to drive cross-functional projects to completion
• Strong organizational skills and eye for detail
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders
• Must be based in Nashville and work from the Nashville office five days a week

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ad hoc operational priorities and projects as they arise
• Manage office vendors, facilities needs, shipping and receiving, supplies, technical equipment, and other operational requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Nashville office operations and proactively identify and resolve issues
• Partner with internal teams including People, IT, Finance, and Operations to support employee and business needs
• Manage inventory, and the shipping and receiving of workstations, devices, and technical hardware
• Ensure projects are completed with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and urgency
