Offchain Labs in Nashville, TN is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Business Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the company. This role is based in our downtown Nashville office and requires in‑office attendance five days per week.

Sitting at the intersection of business operations, project management, and execution, you will own day‑to‑day operations of the Nashville office, manage vendors and facilities, and coordinate with People, IT, Finance, and Operations to

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in business operations, project management, office management, procurement or a related field
• Project management skills with ability to drive cross-functional projects to completion
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders
• Based in Nashville and able to work from the Nashville office five days per week

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ad hoc operational priorities and projects as they arise
• Manage office vendors, facilities needs, shipping and receiving, supplies, technical equipment, and other operational requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Nashville office operations and proactively identify and resolve issues
• Partner with internal teams including People, IT, Finance, and Operations to support employee and business needs
• Manage inventory, and the shipping and receiving of workstations, devices, and technical hardware
• Ensure projects are completed with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and urgency
