Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospital liaison, healthcare marketing, or post-acute business development.
• Proven ability to build referral relationships and drive admissions.
• Strong understanding of skilled nursing and post-acute care.
• Confidence and accountability; ability to work independently in the field.
• Focus on solutions, speed, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your assigned Nashville, TN territory across our Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Build and strengthen referral pipelines with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and payors.
• Convert referrals into admissions through strong clinical positioning and responsiveness.
• Identify gaps in the market and create strategies to increase census and capture rate.
• Partner with facility teams to align on goals, messaging, and execution.
• Mentor and support business development efforts across the region.
