Job summary

Marmon Aerospace & Defense LLC in Naples, FL is seeking a full-time Planning Coordinator to support our supply chain team. This role focuses on planning, creating and releasing job cards, and ensuring raw materials are available to release orders using Excel and WinMan ERP.

You will collaborate across departments, participate in Kanban updates, manage documentation, and attend cross-over and S&OP meetings. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, with ERP familiarity; on-site work

Qualifications

• Handle and organize documentation related to materials management.
• Utilize Excel and other software tools for data entry and management.
• Plan, create, and release job cards and packets to the shop floor.
• Ensure raw materials are available in time to release orders.
• Assist supply chain on Kanban changes and additions.
• Attend cross-over, non-conforming materials, S&OP meetings.
• Purchase order entry for raw materials and other goods.
• Scan documents into systems and to the supply chain team.
• Conduct floor counts using WinMan ERP.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and release manufacturing work orders and kanban updates.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure on-time material availability.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data entry within ERP systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in materials management.
