Marmon Aerospace & Defense LLC is seeking a Planning Coordinator in Naples, FL to support the supply chain team and manage materials documentation onsite. The role involves planning, data entry, and coordinating with vendors to ensure materials availability for orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related discipline or 1+ year related experience.
• Familiar with ERP systems; WinMan ERP preferred.
• Familiar with Lean and 5S principles.

Responsibilities

• Handle and organize documentation related to materials management.
• Plan, create, and release job cards and packets to the shop floor.
• Work with Supply Chain to ensure raw materials are available to release orders.
• Assist with Kanban changes and additions; maintain kanban for manufactured items.
• Attend cross-over, non-conforming materials, S&OP meetings and others as needed.
• Enter purchase orders for raw materials and other goods (backup to supply chain).
• Scan documents into systems and to the supply chain team.
• Conduct floor counts and use WinMan ERP.
