Job summary

Marmon Aerospace & Defense LLC is seeking a Planning Coordinator in Naples, FL to support the supply chain team. The role focuses on materials management documentation, kanban maintenance, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely material releases.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in a related field or equivalent experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or at least one year of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle and organize documentation related to materials management.
• Planning, creating, and releasing job cards and packets to the shop floor.
• Work with Supply Chain to ensure raw materials are available in time to release orders.
• Purchase order entry for raw materials and other goods.
• Scan documents into systems and to the supply chain team.
• Attend cross-over, non-conforming materials, sales & operations meetings.
• Maintain kanban for manufactured items and assist with Kanban changes.
• Onsite role reporting to the plant manager.
