Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an experienced Materials Planner to coordinate and support material requirements across engineering, production, and customer-facing teams. You will align schedules, review blueprints, and maintain BOMs and routings in SAP to ensure material readiness and on-time manufacturing.

The role requires collaboration with engineering, buyers, and production managers, and involves supporting RMA and excess/obsolete processes while contributing to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 2 years of materials department planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with lot-based manufacturing, CNC & manual machine shop environments preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP BOMs and routing structures preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, specifications, and technical documentation preferred.
• APICS CPIM/CPM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain material plans aligned with engineering designs, production schedules, and customer requirements.
• Analyze production schedules, forecasts, and engineering inputs to determine material requirements and readiness.
• Build, maintain, and revise Material Masters (MMs), BOMs and routings within SAP; reflect engineering changes.
• Collaborate with Buyers, Buyer Planners, Production Managers to align material availability with shop capacity.
• Support Customer Service and Sales with planning inputs related to orders, schedules, and changes.
