Job summary

Marmon Aerospace and Defense LLC is seeking a Planning Coordinator to support our supply chain team in Naples, FL. This on-site role reports to the plant manager and offers a great benefit package starting on Day 1.

The role focuses on materials management, data entry, and coordinating with the shop floor to ensure timely availability of materials and kanban changes, with collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related discipline, or at least one year of related experience.
• Familiar with ERP systems.
• Familiar with Lean and 5S principles.
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Handle and organize documentation related to materials management.
• Utilize Excel and other software tools for data entry and management.
• Plan, create, and release job cards and packets to the shop floor.
• Work with Supply Chain to ensure all required raw materials are available in time to release orders.
• Assist supply chain on Kanban changes and additions.
• Maintain kanban for manufactured items.
• Attend cross‑over, non‑conforming materials, sales & operations, and any other meetings deemed necessary.
• Purchase order entry for raw materials and other goods (backup to supply chain).
• Scan documents into systems and to the supply chain team.
• Conduct floor count and utilize WinMan ERP.
• Any other duties deemed necessary by the Manager.

Marmon Aerospace and Defense is hiring a full-time Planning Coordinator to join our team. This person will be supporting our supply chain team and reports to the plant manager. Onsite role in Naples, FL. Great benefit package starting on Day 1!

Summary

Responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and handling extensive paperwork related to materials management.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Handle and organize documentation related to materials management.
• Utilize Excel and other software tools for data entry and management.

Education And/Or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related discipline or at least one year related experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems preferred.
• Familiar with Lean and 5S principles.

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with various departments and vendors.
