Job summary

Marmon Aerospace & Defense LLC is hiring a Planning Coordinator in Naples, FL. The role supports the supply chain by organizing materials documentation, data entry in Excel, and planning job cards for shop floor release. You will work with Procurement and Production to ensure timely availability of raw materials.

The position requires a degree in a relevant field or related experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office. Onsite role with Day 1 benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in supply chain or operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and office software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle and organize documentation related to materials management.
• Utilize Excel and other software tools for data entry and management.
• Plan, create, and release job cards and packets to the shop floor.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure raw materials are available to release orders.
• Assist with Kanban changes and additions.
• Maintain Kanban for manufactured items.
• Attend cross-over, non-conforming materials, and S&OP meetings.
• Enter purchase orders for raw materials as needed.
• Scan documents into systems for the supply chain team.
• Perform floor counts and use WinMan ERP.
• Perform other duties as required by the Manager.

This person will be supporting our supply chain team and reports to the plant manager. Onsite role in Naples, FL.
