Job summary

Georgetown Events Hospitality Group seeks a Nantucket Sales Manager to drive growth across Millie’s and Surfside in Nantucket and DC markets. You will expand catering, on-site events, and cart activities, building relationships with island vendors and clients to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This commission-based role offers housing on Nantucket May–October 2027, uncapped commissions, and an employer 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality sales, catering or event management.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and guest-service focus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain health, food, and alcohol licenses.

Responsibilities

• Sell Nantucket catering, food cart, bar cart, and on-site event sales across brands.
• Maintain client rolodex and upsell/rebook opportunities.
• Identify new revenue opportunities with local/national brands.
• Develop relationships with island vendors and partners to boost visibility.
• Coordinate and execute events, train staff, and align with operations.
