  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming first impression from arrival through departure
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures, verify reservations, and clearly communicate property amenities, policies, and local recommendations
  • Process payments accurately, handle billing questions, and resolve discrepancies with care and discretion
  • Answer phones and respond to emails promptly, providing helpful, knowledgeable assistance

Reservations & Coordination

  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain up-to-date guest information in the reservation system
  • Communicate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth daily operations and timely guest readiness

Breakfast Service & Morning Operations

  • Prepare, set up, monitor, and break down the daily continental breakfast service
  • Ensure breakfast areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service
  • Engage with guests during breakfast, anticipating needs and reinforcing a warm, attentive atmosphere

Guest Experience & Problem Solving

  • Assist with room changes, special requests, directions, and curated local recommendations
  • Address guest concerns thoughtfully and efficiently, escalating when appropriate
  • Take ownership of the guest experience, understanding intent and finding practical, service-oriented solutions

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain an organized and presentable front desk and public areas
  • Assist with light administrative tasks, mail/packages, and daily logs as needed

Safety, Security & Emergencies

  • Monitor access to the property and follow established security procedures
  • Respond calmly and effectively to emergency situations, supporting guests and team members

Skills & Abilities

  • Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities throughout the day
  • Proficiency with computers, phones, and basic office equipment
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to step in wherever needed to support the team

Working Conditions & Physical Effort

  • Full-time and part-time schedules available based on operational needs
  • Our peak season runs May–October. Priority consideration, including eligibility for employer-provided housing where available, is given to candidates who are able to commit to the majority of the season.
