Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota is seeking a Nursing Assistant in Training (NAIT) to prepare for Minnesota NATCEP exams. You must be actively enrolled in an approved 75-hour NATCEP program at hire and will take and pass the MN State Nursing Assistant exams within 4 months, with up to multiple attempts as described.

As an NAIT you will perform most duties of a CNA as you demonstrate competency and complete at least 16 hours of core training.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly speak, read and write English.
• Availability to work every other weekend and holidays.
• Active enrollment in a MN NATCEP program at hire and intent to complete
