Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking Nursing Assistant in Training (NAIT) to prepare trainees for Minnesota State Nursing Assistant competency exams. You must be enrolled in an approved NATCEP program at the time of hire and will complete exams within 4 months to pursue CNA roles within Monarch's facilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to clearly speak and proficiently read and write English.
• Availability to work every other weekend and holiday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare NAITs to successfully pass the Minnesota State Nursing Assistant competency exams.
• NAITs must be enrolled in a MN MDH 75-hour NATCEP program at hire.
• NAIT will take and pass the Minnesota CN A exams within 4 months and may apply internally for CNA positions.
