Job summary

Avnet is seeking a Product Segment Manager for the North American region to own strategic management of a dedicated product technology, driving sales, margins, assets, and market share KPI’s.

You will lead lifecycle of products, manage supplier relationships, pricing, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales, ensuring on-time strategy execution and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive the overall product strategy to meet KPI targets.
• Manage product range across lifecycle, including new tech and end-of-life decisions.
• Lead supplier relationships and business development plans to hit KPIs.
• Oversee pricing, margins, and contract terms with suppliers.
• Coordinate inventory health and marketing programs with stakeholders.
• Provide market insights on suppliers, tech trends, and customer demand.
• Administer products across their lifecycle including data maintenance.
• Resolve customer issues with cross-timezone suppliers.
• Collaborate with marketing and suppliers for content and campaigns.
