WTW’s Global Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) business seeks a Managing Director to lead Pricing & Analytics for North America. You will drive market strategy, develop pricing, analytics, and technology opportunities, and guide client engagements across personal and commercial lines.

Qualifications

• Built and/or scaled an actuarial consulting practice and/or actuarial software business.
• Experience running the P&L for market moving teams.
• Strong knowledge of NA P&C personal and commercial lines markets.
• Executive level relationships with clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Define the practice’s market strategy and lead growth initiatives across North America.
• Develop and close pricing, analytics, and technology opportunities for personal and commercial lines.
• Ensure successful execution of engagements with measurable outcomes.
• Lead talent development and manage the team with HR and operations partners.
• Oversee revenue forecasting, growth, and profitability in partnership with Finance.
