Job summary

MathCo, a global Enterprise AI and Analytics company, seeks a senior analytics leader to partner with Pricing, Actuarial, Underwriting, Analytics, and Technology teams. The role focuses on pricing optimization, renewal pricing, retention analytics, and portfolio profitability across global engagements.

You will translate complex insurance problems into scalable AI solutions, lead cross‑functional teams, and drive adoption through stakeholder engagement, governance, and change management.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of consulting, analytics, AI, digital transformation, or related client-facing leadership roles.
• 5+ years of analytics, pricing, actuarial, or transformation programs within insurance organizations.
• Demonstrated experience working with Pricing, Actuarial, Underwriting, Analytics, and Technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Pricing, Actuarial, Underwriting, Analytics, and Technology stakeholders to define objectives, problems, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Lead engagements focused on pricing optimization, rate strategy, renewal pricing, customer retention, persistency, portfolio profitability, and risk segmentation.
• Evaluate pricing performance, rate indications, customer behavior, retention drivers, and business outcomes with pricing and actuarial teams.
• Translate insurance challenges into scalable AI and analytics solutions.
• Manage delivery across Data Science, Data Engineering, MLOps, Application Engineering, and Business Analysis teams.
• Communicate insights, recommendations, progress, risks, and impact to senior client stakeholders.
• Drive governance, risk management, and alignment across client and internal teams; promote solution adoption via demos, validation, pilots, and change management.
• Identify opportunities to expand client engagements through AI-led transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate across global delivery model and time zones.
