Job summary

WTW is seeking a Managing Director, Head of Pricing & Analytics for North America, to drive growth across personal and commercial P&C lines. You will blend actuarial leadership with technology and analytics to deliver measurable outcomes for insurers.

In this role, you will build executive relationships, shape strategy, and lead cross-functional teams across pricing, underwriting, and claims, while guiding execution and governance to scale the practice.

Qualifications

• Experience leading actuarial consulting or software businesses.
• Proven ability to win new business and retain clients.
• Experience managing P&L for market-moving teams.
• Strong understanding of North America P&C markets and value chain.

Responsibilities

• Define market strategy for North America, focusing on product, pricing, underwriting, and claims.
• Develop and close pricing, analytics, and technology opportunities across lines.
• Ensure successful client engagements and translate methodologies to scalable delivery.
• Lead talent development and governance across region, collaborating with finance, legal, and sales.
