Job summary

ICW Group seeks a senior leader to direct the Actuarial and Pricing Analytics department, setting vision and collaborating with senior leaders across the business. You will drive new analytics initiatives, improve processes, and ensure profitable growth.

You will mentor a team of credentialed actuaries and analysts, manage budgets and regulatory requirements, and communicate findings to the executive team to shape strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, including enterprise-wide initiatives or multi-line oversight.
• ACAS/FCAS/CSPA or Data Science certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and upholds department direction and vision for actuarial and pricing analytics.
• Advices senior leadership on enterprise-wide actuarial strategy and risks.
• Mentors and develops Credentialed Actuaries and Analysts.
• Oversees budget, resources and regulatory compliance for the analytics team.
• Collaborates with business leaders to develop products and expand markets.
• Prepares and communicates actuarial findings to executives.
