West Bend is seeking a Director for Personal Lines Products and Analytics to oversee product management, development, and data analytics aimed at profitable growth. The role requires strategic leadership and deep insurance industry knowledge.

You will work across departments and provide mentorship while guiding pricing and analytics to support growth and profitability in Personal Lines.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• 5 years of leadership experience.
• 5 years in a product, pricing, or analytics role.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead advancement of personal lines strategic product objectives.
• Develop and execute a data and analytics strategy to drive insights and support decision-making.
• Lead the development and management of the Personal Lines financial framework for growth and profitability.
• Support pricing and analytical modeling to meet division objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers and pricing actuaries on pricing strategies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the team.
• Ensure resource availability and cross‑department alignment.
