Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field required.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Active pursuit of FCAS designation required or near-level.
• Certifications in CPCU/ARe/CERA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and validate predictive pricing models for P&C and reinsurance.
• Develop end-to-end pricing pipelines from data ingestion to deployment.
• Apply credibility theory, trend analysis, and exposure rating with data science.
• Create pricing tools to estimate price adequacy across segments.
• Automate pricing workflows and reporting using Python/SQL/R.
• Maintain model governance and documentation per standards.
