Job summary

Wella Company is seeking an Associate Director, Operations in Calabasas, CA. This hybrid role (3 days onsite) leads NA supply operations, including demand planning, 3PL management, order-to-cash, and inventory health, driving cost efficiency and service excellence across the North America region.

You will build a high-performing team and partner with global teams, aligning with the Managing Director and NA Leadership Team to deliver superior customer service and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration or Supply Chain preferred).
• 7–10+ years of Supply Chain and/or Operations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end portfolio governance across Supply Chain with budget management and analytics.
• Define and execute the supply network optimization roadmap to improve service, cost, and cash flow.
• Establish KPIs and performance routines to drive excellence and continuous improvement.
• Translate strategy into action and align senior leadership on long-term plans.
• Oversee day-to-day supply operations including customer service, orders, and logistics.
• Partner with global teams on POs, invoicing, inventory flows, and 3PL coordination.
• Build and develop a high-performing NA operations team.
