Job summary

The Wella Company is seeking a North America Transportation and Project Manager to lead transportation operations and freight performance across the region. This role will drive cost savings, leverage data sources, and support system enhancements to optimize logistics and reporting.

You will own projects from idea through implementation, work with carriers and 3PLs, and oversee compliance and performance metrics to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Leadership and project management experience in transportation/logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience in transportation-focused roles and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team supporting transportation operations and freight performance in North America.
• Oversee international import/export compliance and reporting for the region.
• Manage relationships with carriers and vendors; monitor KPIs.
• Own financial results and KPI performance across all transportation modes.
• Develop and improve processes, systems, and metrics for the team.
• Drive operational excellence projects from idea to implementation and reporting.
