Job summary

Wella Company is seeking an Associate Director, Operations in Calabasas, CA, hybrid. You will lead the North America Operations function with end-to-end supply chain responsibility, coordinating demand planning, 3PL, order-to-cash, inventory, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
• 7–10+ years in Supply Chain/Operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics; strong Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end portfolio governance across Supply Chain, including program and budget management, performance tracking, reporting, and analytics.
• Define and execute the Supply Network optimization roadmap to improve service, cost, and cash flow.
• Establish clear KPIs and performance management routines for operational excellence.
• Translate strategy into action through communication and alignment with senior leadership.
• Identify and model improvement opportunities, driving accountability for results.
• Oversee day-to-day supply operations including customer service, returns, order fulfillment, logistics, and shipment tracking.
