Job summary

Wella Company in North Las Vegas seeks a 3PL Logistics Associate Manager to ensure daily order shipping from the 3PL site and accurate inventory maintenance. You will monitor operations, lead cost-saving initiatives, and drive monthly/quarterly/annual reviews while collaborating with internal teams and external logistics providers.

The role requires 3–5 years in distribution or logistics, WMS/SAP experience, and strong data analysis.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years in distribution, logistics, or supply chain.
Experience dealing with stakeholders, leadership, and external influencers.
Experience with Parcel, LTL and FTL shipping modes preferred.
WMS experience required (Manhattan/Blue Yonder or similar).
SAP operating experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Access, Visio, PowerPoint).
Ability to analyze large data sets, identify outliers and cleanse data.
Strong communication skills in English; ability to influence across a diverse organization.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily 3PL operations and monitor KPIs.
Lead cost modeling, budgeting, and forecasting for the site.
Coordinate with Customer Service, Order Management, and Sales for 3PL communications.
Drive continuous improvement projects across warehousing operations.
Reconcile 3PL invoices with Finance and manage 3PL reviews.
