Job summary

ghd North America is seeking an Associate Director, Operations in Calabasas, CA to lead the NA Supply Operations function with end-to-end responsibility for logistics, demand planning, 3PL management, and order-to-cash activities.

You will own inventory, customer service, and packaging planning, driving cost optimization and service improvements while building a high-performing team and collaborating with global partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration or Supply Chain preferred).
• 7–10+ years of Supply Chain and/or Operations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to drive cross‑functional outcomes in complex environments.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute at both tactical and operational levels.
• Agile and adaptable with rapid learning of new systems and processes.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and good at prioritization and time management.
• Strong collaborator with the ability to build partnerships across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end portfolio governance across Supply Chain including budget and analytics.
• Define and execute the supply network optimization roadmap to improve service, cost, and cash flow.
• Establish KPIs and performance management routines for optimization.
• Translate strategy into action through communication and influence with senior leadership.
• Identify and model improvement opportunities to achieve results.
• Oversee day-to-day supply operations including customer service, returns, order fulfillment, logistics, and tracking.
• Partner with global teams on POs, invoicing, and inventory flows; liaise with 3PLs and warehouses across the U.S. and Canada.
• Manage inventory, allocation, and quality control; optimize inventory health.
• Support product lifecycle operations including new item setup and packaging changes.
• Build and lead a high-performing team; drive development and engagement.
• Operate as a key member of the ghd Operations team for NA growth.
