Job summary

Identis North America Inc. is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to serve as the dedicated marketing resource for our North American business.

This role partners closely with Sales leadership and coordinates to Marketing HQ in Italy to translate business priorities into effective marketing programs for direct customers, distributors, resellers, and strategic partners. This is an opportunity to own initiatives from concept through execution, contribute to product launches and go-to-market

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant B2B marketing experience.
• Experience supporting direct sales and/or distributor, reseller, or partner channels.
• Hands-on experience producing presentations, product materials, campaigns and launches.
• Strong written communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Comfort learning technical products and explaining their value via live demos.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with CRM, CMS, and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to travel within North America for trade shows and events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with North American Sales leadership on sales enablement, campaigns, communications, and growth initiatives.
• Plan go-to-market activities for new products and solutions, including positioning and launch communications.
• Execute distributor and reseller promotions, partner incentives, co-marketing, and channel engagement programs.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate website content, product collateral, and sales presentations aligned with branding.
• Attend trade shows and events and deliver live product demonstrations after training.
• Manage marketing calendars, projects, vendors, and lead follow-up with Sales.
• Build scalable processes to support a larger North American marketing organization.
