Marketing Lead, North America is responsible for activating regional marketing programs that align with global strategy while tailoring initiatives to local market needs. This role elevates brand visibility, supports go-to-market initiatives, and drives pipeline and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands‑on B2B marketer with deep expertise in the technology landscape and modern digital marketing.
Base pay range
$125,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Marketing Strategy
- Localize and execute global marketing plans to meet North America business goals.
- Partner with sales, product, GTM, and geo marketing teams to ensure tight alignment.
- Refine strategies based on market trends, competitive insights, and performance data.
2. Demand Generation & GTM Support
- Lead integrated demand generation across email, digital, social, paid media, and webinars.
- Build and execute ABM programs for priority enterprise accounts.
- Drive lead generation and nurturing to build a qualified pipeline across industries.
- Provide marketing support for sales prospecting, pitches, and RFP responses.
- Develop compelling collateral, messaging frameworks, presentations, demos, and battle cards.
- Partner on joint sales–marketing initiatives including campaigns, research, and account planning.
4. Events & Field Marketing
- Plan and execute regional events including trade shows, conferences, roundtables, and client engagements.
- Manage activations at design studios and innovation centers to enhance customer experience.
- Track post-event engagement, influence, and ROI.
5. Brand Building & Thought Leadership
- Grow brand visibility through targeted content, PR initiatives, AI‑powered campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead regional thought leadership initiatives—whitepapers, blogs, executive platforms, and speaking opportunities—in collaboration with communications teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with analysts and industry influencers to strengthen market credibility.
6. Content & Communications
- Produce high‑impact content: case studies, solution briefs, videos, customer stories, and presentations tailored to North American buyers.
- Evolve messaging frameworks to resonate with enterprise decision-makers.
- Ensure cohesive brand voice across all channels and communication partners.
7. Analytics & Optimization
- Measure and report performance of marketing programs to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs including lead volume, sales meetings, conversion rates, pipeline influence, and ROI.
- Use analytics to continuously optimize marketing strategy and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology or IT services.
- Proven success with regional marketing, demand generation, and digital programs.
- Experience with AI‑enabled content creation, thought leadership, and brand communications.
- Strong understanding of the North American enterprise technology buyer landscape.
- Proficiency with Marketo, Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and GenAI tools.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Strong project‑management skills and comfort working in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
- Ability to travel 10–20% for events, client meetings, and team collaboration.
