Job summary

RXO is a leading provider of transportation solutions with cutting-edge technology at the center of its operations. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will generate new sales revenue and identify business opportunities for RXO services across North America.

You will prospect, nurture, and manage accounts, create quotes, and negotiate pricing to convert opportunities into revenue, while maintaining accurate data in our systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• Ability to negotiate deals with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a book of business throughout North America.
• Prospect for leads to build a pipeline, including heavy cold calling.
• Nurture accounts to retain relationships and grow share of business.
• Create quotes and sales proposals; collaborate on pricing decisions and timing.
• Maintain and update information in the company operating systems.
