Job summary

Broadridge in New York, NY is seeking a Director of North America Implementations to lead end-to-end client implementations from planning through delivery. You will oversee all aspects of project implementation, manage resources and budgets, and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.

The role partners with account management to identify expansion opportunities and coordinates with consulting, sales, and project management teams.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple related teams, establish priorities, and allocate resources effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Experience driving business results and managing budgets, resources, and schedules.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of implementation for new services and platform conversions.
Manage resources, budgets, timelines, risks, and scope to ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure SLAs and KPIs defined in client contracts are met or exceeded.
Design and manage conversion plans, develop specifications, oversee testing, and secure client sign-off.
Prepare cost estimates and budgets, monitor progress and outputs, and resolve issues.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and promote Broadridge capabilities.
Lead teams responsible for setup and installation of technical systems and processes.
