Job summary

the company is seeking a Team Lead, Implementation to join our Professional Services Team in North America. This role is based out of our New York office and leads a team of Implementation Engineers to deliver robust integrations and fast live deployments for major customers.

You will coach and scale the team, foster an open culture, and drive cross-functional initiatives to advance our OKRs. A minimum of five years leading implementation teams in professional services or fintech is required.

Qualifications

• Experienced in building and managing a team of implementation managers, technical consultants or solution engineers (at least 5 years).
• Experience with integration projects within a large global company.
• Track record of driving global process change and establishing tools/processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of implementation engineers to deliver a great customer experience and get customers live efficiently, with robust integrations that scale well.
• Act as a sparring partner and escalation layer for the team of implementation managers, helping to navigate complex projects and technical challenges.
• Create an inspiring and collaborative team environment with an open communication and feedback culture.
• Scaling up the team while preserving the company formula and ensuring our unique culture is fostered
• Ambassador of change; help lead the charge of new initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement, understanding what works today and leveraging ideas and insights to make the process better
• Collaborate with cross functionality and drive initiatives to develop the (global) IM organization.
• Help define and execute strategic initiatives with the goal of advancing our function's OKRs.
