Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience building and leading a team of implementation managers or technical consultants.
• Experience with integration projects in large global companies, professional services, finance, retail or tech.
• Proven track record of driving global process change and implementing tools to support operations.
• Ability to work across a global organization and collaborate with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of implementation managers to deliver excellent customer experiences and scalable integrations.
• Act as sparring partner and escalation point for complex projects and technical challenges.
