Job summary

Siemens Energy’s Grid Technologies division in North America seeks an Industrial Sales Director to lead a high-performing sales team, drive revenue growth, expand market share, and align offerings with customer needs across key industrial sectors.

You will develop strategic account plans, manage pipelines, forecast performance, and negotiate contracts while fostering executive relationships and a culture of safety and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of industrial sales and leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading regional or national sales organizations with multi‑billion‑dollar pipelines.
• Extensive commercial experience in heavy industries such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, refining, metals & mining.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of industrial-focused sales and account managers.
• Deliver revenue targets by identifying and closing opportunities with Grid Technology products/services.
• Forecasts and coordinates with business units for accurate sales projections and value propositions.
• Develop and execute customer strategy aligned with Siemens Energy stakeholders.
• Lead the sales process, influence decision-makers, and negotiate favorable contracts.
• Build and maintain executive-level customer partnerships across organizations.
• Promote ownership culture with safety and accountability within the team.
