Job summary
RSA Security seeks a North America Marketing Director to own field marketing and global events strategy, driving pipeline across Federal, Strategic, Enterprise, and Commercial units. You will defend plans to executives, shape campaigns with buyer insight, and lead a high-impact ROI-focused program.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B marketing with 5+ years leading teams.
- Proven ability to build and defend regional marketing plans and budgets.
- Experience partnering with multi-segment sales organizations (Federal, Strategic, Enterprise, Commercial).
- Strong ownership of events strategy at scale with ROI discipline.
- Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders and using AI for analytics.
Responsibilities
- Own and defend the North America field marketing strategy and annual plan.
- Design integrated, multi-channel campaigns including events, launches, roadshows, and webinars.
- Lead ROI measurement and executive reporting across the region.
- Manage and develop the North America Field Marketing Manager(s).
- Collaborate with Channel Marketing and Demand Gen to align field and channel programs.
